It's really just a guess based on the recent CBs. He and Roddy recently got a couple of CBs to LSU after some time of no activity.

Supposidly Mullen and Fulton are both silent commits but that and a quarter won't get you a cup of coffee. It is reassuring about LSU's position though.

This would make a lot of sense.
Mullen is coming off a FSU visit, and it looks like he announced that FSU and LSU are tied. If he is in fact a silent commit, he might have just been waiting to announce after making his visit to FSU.

Yeah pretty much all the insiders (shea,jimmy, etc) say Mullen has been higher on LSU than he has led on.
