Well he's got a strong leg.

Didn't really get to see him display his speed. He's no Eric Reid, but not a bad player from the looks of it.

Looks pretty good. Wouldn't hurt if he bulked up a bit, but I'm sure he will only being a junior. Is he also the kicker?

This is the first I have heard of him....I'm sure the staff knows tho. They have no reason not to with his brother being Eric and Dutchtown being so close.

Mother was an LSU track athlete
Father was an LSU track athlete and current president of the National L Club
Brother was an LSU football player and 1st round pick

....obviously he is a Bama lock until Ole Miss gets him to flip after he visits the Grove.

He is impressive for sure. He lacks the big hit like his older brother, but it seems as if he tries to be smarter with his tackles, which I like. Instead of selling out and driving through the ball carrier he squares up and keeps his man in front of him ultimately making the tackle and not giving up any ground once he makes the tackle. He takes great angles to the ball. He high points the ball on interceptions. He is doing everything you want out of safety. With another year he could be really really special. He won't get much hype because everyone will assume that he's just going to come here. Anyone know his forty time.

I watched him play and he should have been ejected twice in the same game. I'm all for big hits, but standing over the opponent staring him down is stupid. He plays like a thug, who you hate when he's on the opposing team, but love on your team.

Dam, from your description of him....that's the exact opposite of Eric

I saw some nasty hits in those highlights. One in particular looked exactly like one his brother made against Miss St.

I don't know if that's sarcasm or not, but Reid stood over a few people in college and has done it in the NFL.

This isn't directed at your post, but that's not being a "thug" though, that's commonplace in football and if you have ever laid someone out like that, I would bet you would do the same thing. It's a very satisfying feeling and it's an intimidation thing

Na, it wasn't sarcasm...I was really replying about the "thug" part...meaning that Eric is the farthest thing from a thug
