Anyone have any idea what he might be doing/who he's recruiting?

He was having honey chicken with Marvin Wilson

In all seriousness, he was meeting with Katy high school, and specifically Max Wright

Was he also going to Katy? It's only about 45 min to an hour from college station.

Gotcha. What were your impressions of him as a speaker?

Same as you see in media relations with LSU....very articulate, concise, chronological thought process.

Everything he says starts at the beginning and ends at the end. No rambling. You can tell he has thought about what he is going to say before he says it.

Glad he is a Tiger that's all I can say. Miles's best find before we had to say goodbye IMO.

Did you politely introduce yourself and tell him that we would like him to remain at LSU until he is retirement age?

Yep, same impression I had after hearing him at a clinic last year. Guy is absolutely brilliant. I went in with high expectations and was still blown away.

At least he wasn't wearing Kansas gear.
.
When Kansas gets our coaches to wear Kansas gear you know we are in trouble.

Katy is 80-85 miles from College Station.

Right. Which is why I said 45 min to an hour away. I made the drive in about an hour numerous times over the years. Not sure what your point is. If you can't cover 80 miles in an hour on open highway then you need to make sure you stay out the way of the traffic bc you'll get run over.

What is chavis doing there? Still acting like a defensive coordinator?

As always, Chavis was there for the bacon-wrapped shrimp.
