I hope he's been talking to the coaches and he's not just talking out of his arse.

This is debatable. If he actually gets a scholarship this fall, then that will settle it. I think we have signed the max and he can only come as a pay his own way walk-on or as a greyshirt.

He's a four years to play three JUCO. 247 Profile

Geaux247 has him listed in the 2014 Targets .

On some services he was the #1 TE in the 2013 High School class.

It's my understanding he was going to CoLin if he didn't qualify out of high school. If in fact he qualifies then he will have the full 4 yrs. FWIW he isn't on the list of CO-LIN's 2013 recruits

Was just going by the 247ope what you are saying is true. He'd be the same as Avery Peterson in that case.

If McNeil starts, Lsu will have the best TE combo in the country. Cam will be salivating just thinking about ways of getting the ball to them.

We could have signed 29 total for 13. Go ahead a debate all you want but I'm right. He can still be signed. Wouldn't have posted otherwise!

Depends on how the SEC is implementing the LOI rules. While the rules as written suggest 29 is doable, there is no evidence that it could happen in practice. There is, however, a lot of circumstantial evidence that only 27 was doable. One example is why aren't these players signed now? With your interpretation of 29 there would be no penalty for doing so whether they qualified or not.

Tired of responding to you Indiana. They CAN sign 2 more and both McNeil and Cutrer we not on track to qualify which is why they weren't signed.

You tire easily. In effect all you've said is I'm right with absolutely no rationale. If you are right, then there was no reason to not sign both guys. Signing them would have shown we believed in them and if they didn't qualify we would get the spots back in the next class like you are assuming we did with Fehoko and Avery.

I don't think we got those spots back and we didn't sign these two guys because it would have cost us two more spots if they didn't qualify. We'll find out if you're right if either actually signs by this fall.
