He tweeted out his highlights last night. I'm glad I can watch them and not be pissed off.

Twitter blocked at work. Is the video hosted on another site that you can post the link to?

Great highlights, but his speed doesn't pop out like I thought it would.

Doesn’t have long speed. Reminds me of Guice

Ran a laser legit 4.42 at the opening this summer, he's got some elite speed for a 206 pound back

But I do wonder if he's really even trying in some of those breakaway highlights

That was my thought. It looks like he's pretending to be as slow as possible but it's just his vision and the HS game has slowed down for him imo.

Elite vision, cutting, and patience.

Good speed and good tackle breaking abilities.

All these but it was patience and that burst to hit the hole was what I first noticed.

I see patience as the ability to set up blocks. You pull the defense a half a step one way and you cut the other.

He's definitely lost a step as he's gained weight but still an elite back in my opinion.

He's more Jeremy Hill now than Reggie Bush (in college) as I thought he most compared to when he was lighter.

Watch him closely, he doesn't look that fast at first because he is looking for a hole. He has incredible vision and eyes. Once he hits his hole he takes off. The kid has speed and acceleration.

I definitely notice the burst hitting the hole, I was talking about full speed. He doesnt seem like he was really outrunning defenders how I expected he would.

looks like he downshifts into a lower gear and just bolts through the opening. Gotta love that acceleration through the hole.

Most impressive thing is he has good vision and most high school backs struggle with reading blocks and hitting the hole when they get to the next level. He looked advanced in his cuts and following blocks in those videos.

Wow. Yeah he is a take. His first cut is brutal and has great vision. Strong with very good balance. And who says he isn't fast? For a big guy he can run, just has a long stride which makes him look slower.
