JC commitments...

When dose Scout start putting stars behind JC Commitments? I know Rivals and Scout always up dating commitments. I just wondering why it takes so long for Scout to grade JC Players.

They usually will wait until fall camp time to go evaluate those kids. Scout actually has a solid JC department but JCs are so fluid with personnel that sometimes it's hard to keep up with who is where.
