As much as I would love to see him in purple and gold, I genuinely don't see any benefits for him coming to LSU. Except he's close to his family?

I think if we canned Johnny Jones and hired Randy Livingston as head coach, Smart will come to the LSU. Anyone that was interested in high school basketball in the early 90s knows how bad arse of a point guard Livingston was, his basketball IQ is off the charts. If he would've never blew out his knee the summer before his freshman year we would have seen something special. With to blown knees he drew a check in the NBA for I think eight years. He coached in the D league. I think he is plenty qualified
