How are so quick to trust something like that?
Again, I trust virtually nothing about O as a HC. Except recruiting. I trust him in recruiting.

This could potentially be a huge frick up. Or going by the guys track record in the recruiting game, I'm gonna take a wait and see approach here. History tells me he usually knows whats he doing, at least in recruiting.

The whole "he hasn't recruited QBs". Lol. Like one 18 year old prima donna that plays LB or LT is different than some 18 year old prima donna that plays QB? It's not like he wouldn't understand that offering another guy a position would affect one currently committed. That's true of any position.

If you think QB recruiting is the same as any other position you're a fool.

ETA: That doesn't mean Orgeron is a complete buffoon at QB recruiting, but it isn't the same animal as recruiting along the DL or defense in general.

I think it's not as different as many on this board make it out to be

Why are we so concerned about getting the best available? Myles was one of us, it was his dream school. We should just go with who wants to play here the most.

The fact that we had two top guys committed at the same time was a gift already, especially without an OC. Now we're down to one, and the offer was to a guy who is also a dual threat guy. Perhaps we end up with Tua, but we'll lose Narcisse then, and Brennan is gone for good already.

When it comes to QBs, it's already proven that under his watch, it's been a failure.

The lack of trust that some people have in O is unreal.

Agree. The difference with the QB position is there can be only one.

If you land two 5-star corners they can both start. And you can land a third and still get him plenty of playing time.
