Two totally different type players. Speeks looks more like a strong side DE to me while Valentine is a DT all the way, he's built like Freak Johnson.
I think the Speaks offer may be an indicator that Deondre Clark may be likely to stay in-state

Why does everyone assume that we are losing someone or a spot is opening up as to why we are going to offer Speaks.
He has been committed to Ole Miss for awhile and has teammates on the team, making it appear it would be pointless to recruit him. He calls the coaches, informs them of his interest and here we are
