I've heard from people in Lutcher that Landry loves LSU but its all irrelevant b/c he is light years away from ever being eligible

He has two years to get qualified. If Eddie Lacy can get qualified with a 2.0 heading into his senior year, just about anyone can.

Unfortunately, not everyone hits the books with as much force as Lacey did this summer.

He's got 2 years to do it though.. he doesn't need that much force. Hell, all he needs is a decent ACT score and you can get in with a low gpa.

he just started his JR year of school.

if he was the horrible of a student to where he fricked it up that bad in 2 years, he wouldnt be allowed to play football under rule from the LHSAA.

5* Terrance Toliver, 5* Reuben Randle, 4* Chris Tolliver, plus....Mike Davis, Justin Hunter, Trovon Reed?

I think we will be just fine.

Someone yesterday was saying that they saw Molton in Ruston and that he might be headed to LaTech...probably rumor, but that's what I heard.

I was told this has been a long time coming and no surprise at all to the coaches. Molton needs to get his head on straight.

That would mean that any change in our recruiting strategy would have already taken place. I think this means that they need to work the younger receivers like Randle and Tolliver more to make sure that we have some experience, besides Toliver next year (provided that Toliver doesn't exit early).

The coaches had nothing but great things to say about him through spring.

It has nothing to do with his performance on the field or talent.

this, and he doesn't seem to be too outgoing and when I see him in tigerland he usually gets really fricked up.

It doesn't change anything. We'll have the most talented 3 man WR corps in the country with TT, Randle, and Shepard. We'll have Chris Toliver and Jhyrhn Taylor as adequate backups.

We were always going to sign two more WRs. And as I said earlier in the week, James Wright very well could be the top prospect in the state this year, and he needs to be one of them along with Trovon Reed.

We should also move Chase Clement to TE to give us another pass catcher to compliment Peterson.

I was with you till this part. Clement needs to bulk up and either play oline or DT, IMO.

We need DT much more than OL.
