When he says McCarthy went to Florida to talk to Debose. Does that mean we're worried about RR and trying to get Debose back in the picture?

No, Randle is in town and Debose would just put the cherry on top. I think Randle is a Tiger and Debose is a 25% chance commiting to the Tigers.

you are looking too far into it imo. it would be stupid not to go after debose in any case (with or without the prospects of RR)

Before I say anything bout this subject, I would like to apologize for the things that have upset some of the people on this board.
Now, I don't believe that this should cause any concern with Reuben Randle. If I were a coach, I would recruit the best players all the way to signing day.
