That's how BOL operates. Lots of info that can't really be proven, so they're never really wrong, but it makes it seem like there's a new development every day. Keeps readers interested. All 'insider' services do it to a certain extent.

Definitely a good update for LSU. I'm so on the fence with hootie. Man we could use him and Paris in the same class.

Right, I'm just pointing out how BOL will cover their tracks if we do get him. Two weeks ago his mom only cared about academics, now she's pushing him to LSU after not making it to the Bama visit. Next week they'll say she's opened her eyes after Bear's ghost came to her in a dream and its a coin flip. But his uncle still likes LSU. Pay your $9.95 if you want to know just how close he and this uncle are.

I can see that, but I think they are just as biased as any other site. However, S/S are pretty unbiased. I've never heard them make a bold prediction. In fact, they mostly are cautious with what they say.

All I said was it would upset me IF he wanted to go to Bama and his Mother wouldn't let him...if that isn't the case then I have no issues or qualms
I also realize Hootie has tried to set up an OV to bring his Mom and it hasn't materialized and an issue came up. There are no arguments or excuses on my part, if he chooses LSU that is a really important piece for LSU's class and defensive backfield moving forward, same for Bama. He has a great chance to succeed and be really good at either school so he can't go wrong with his choice IMO
That's my .02 and I'll leave it at that
