He was. Getting him on visit lists was never the issue. Getting him to actually go on said visits was.

I feel like this kid is another Valentine. He may sign with us and even get to campus but until he actually makes an impact on the field and isn't a screw up then I have to tamper my excitement.

I don't know about you guys, but I LOVE labeling 17 year old kids. Yea, frick him, can't stay on his HS team.
A) Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think we know for certain what he did. B) We aren't the only ones recruiting him. And C) I have no problem taking in kids that may be a little rough around the edges. Most of the time, those kids pay off the most. I think Les is a quality man and many view him as a father figure. If Joyner does have any issues, Les can straighten them out, or he will be gone. Simple as that.

I wonder how long Scout will keep him a 5-star. At one point they had him No. 1 overall, his soph film is ridiculous.
