Yes , LSU needs WR's and it's a position of need but that is LSU's problem, not his. I want him at LSU just as much as the next guy but our needs are not his problem only his advantage.

I am starting to hate the recruiting period more and more each year.
As much as I know we need defensive lineman in this class, if Godchaux really is opening up his recruitment again after LSU stuck by him while he was injured. Then maybe Miles should pull his offer. I assume Miles won't especially after being burned with the Greg Robinson crap and how well that turned out for Auburn, but sometimes I wish he would step up and tell them they had their chance and LSU will do just fine without them.

I don't think he is just taking a vacation to Los Angeles. He is tripping with his friends who are seriously looking at UCLA, and Davon has publicly stated he wants to 'play with Kenny Young'.
Moreover, this will be a big recruiting weekend at UCLA, and it will make the LAST impression on Davon, since it is just before signing day. And with a 17 year old kid, reason may not prevail, in this case, particularly if his friends commit to that school. Finally, Jim Mora is a strong closer. Some of the west coast boards are calling Davon a 'silent commit'.

There is only one guy who disagrees with you...and he claims to be "as close to the situation as possible" to Godchaux.
Nobody knows. From a distance, I would agree with you.

What kind of injury did this kid have in HS? Just read that he may be visiting UF but I have never seen his name before on our boards.
I'm not excited about it though. We never win battles for LA kids anyway.

ISWYDT
For his injury it was an ACL tear. Sidelined him Sept 5th and the rest of year. He's had surgery and is rehabbing.

Idk about the lost one, but the last one is likely
Gerald Willis. You will likely get Hunter Dale as well. Though I wouldn't call him all LSU by any means given who his father is.

Debose not from LA though.

Could have typed lust instead of lost and last? Could be worse.
Who is this Dale fellow? Is this insider info?

Safety for John Curtis. His father runs Sonic Boom in New Orleans and is very anti LSU.

Wish we would have lost that recruiting battle though. I would have gladly forgone that doucher.
