Fulton grew up an Alabama fan and when he visited the Crimson Tide last year, he left without an offer. "To be honest, I wanted to go there," Fulton told SEC Country. "That was my team in school, way back in eighth grade. I took a visit there, and I figured that (I'd get an offer) because I had an offer from every other school in the country ... I met with Coach (Nick) Saban and he said he'd watch my film. I had gotten an offer from every other school, so I was disappointed because I felt like I was better than that."

Kids around his age were really just starting to watch football, and they noticed that Bama is always in the national championship race. Can't fault a kid for wanting to go there.

HOWEVER Fulton is a tiger, so this article has no place here.

Saban knew he was going to commit to LSU and was there for the visit in name only. Saban wanted Fulton to ask for an offer, but to Kristian's credit he didn't play Saban's game.

So in 8th grade he wanted to go to bama. Don't see the issue

Fortunate for us he grew up and came to the realization that LSU does a better job of putting DBs in the NFL.

Ask for a transfer and sit out a year or STFU. What difference does this make now other than questioning if his heart is really with LSU.

oh...Frick Bama and Saban.
