Jimmy from Nola.com has been giving out free recruiting and coaching search information that too faster and before the pay sites have reported. Will this start a trend of people moving away from paid sites?

Trend?

How many TD members? How many 247 members?

It already is the norm. But I will stick with 24/7 sonny and Shea bust their butts and are non-biased. While I love this board for convos I like them for info

I was a paid member of rivals for a year and dropped it because I got better info on this board.

I've heard 24/7 is better, but I'm just going to stick with free.

Already a trend. I was one of Mike Scarborough's first customers when he joined rivals and started Tigerbait.com (was a member of his previous site as well, but can't remember its name). Stayed there for a number of years until I finally figured out the con. Yes, they may get a bit of info. here and there, but half the time it turns out to be wrong, and if you don't mind waiting a few days at most, all of their "inside" info. ends up on the free internet.

Sonny and Shea are worth the $10 a month, but I will say last year All American game really put a dent into pay sites reputations. Nobody saw that coming thought what did happen. They can only report what coaches are told and apparently the coaches were simply lied to, sooo...

I was with 24/7 up until 2/5 happened. A lot of misleading information. Probably not Sonny and Shea's fault, but it turned me off to recruiting and I figured i'd rather get lied to for free than pay for it. I just read Jimmy or wait a little while and find the info here. 24/7 has a great message board though.

If Rivals had a $3/mo access to their main board I would pay that. That was quality entertainment. But as far as their insider stuff- not worth it.
