This is a solid move. We only have one DL committed, so this would be a good pickup. He's a bit of a project, but has a lot of potential at a position where we could use a stud.

Reel him in!

Mack didn't have much to say about the hire or LSU anymore... I'd give up on expecting him. I don't think the coaches should, though.

I was hoping it would be a full on press for Mack

Tega probably would be the number one player if he had played football his whole life.

It seems like it would be easy with the loaded 2016 class. Ed Alexander, Ed Oliver, Guidry, and Rashard Lawrence are beast DL guys.

My first thoughts exactly when I received the news that O was hired. Im excited about next years prospects and the opportunity to lock down our state.

Wish list:

Coach Steele: Leo Lewis, LB, currently commit to Ole Miss
Coach O: CeCe Jefferson, DE, uncommitted
Coach Raymond: Donte Jackson, CB/ATH, uncommitted
Steele & O: Daylon Mack, DT, uncommitted

Look fwd to hearing what the final visitor list looks like for the this weekend and next

You could just feel the energy from the combined press conference last evening. ALL spoke with confidence about where we are going, and the level of expectations.

Somebody needs to get on horn with Jamal Peters as well.... We're in his top two. Yes I know he's committed but its us and Miss St in the running.

@rivalsmike: Coach O has reached out to DT Daylon Mack on behalf of #LSU but he's not interested, #GigEm #WarEagle and #TCU still final 3

Love Mack's talent and he would be a great get for us, if somehow a miracle were to happen.

But holy shite this kid is a drama queen. He has changed his mind on his final schools more than anyone in this class.
