After a fourth hearing, the matter was moved up to the 14th Judicial Court, where judge Robert Wyatt upheld the school board’s decision.

But Clemons believes Victorian did not deserve such punishment.

“He has been punished more than enough; he’s a very nice young man, he has a potential career in the big leagues but more importantly, he’s just a very good young man,” said Clemons.

Calcasieu Parish superintendent Shannon LaFargue stands by his expulsion.

I'm skeptical.

I still have him on the commit list because LSU is never going to put out a statement. But I have a hard time believing he makes it to Baton Rouge.

I won't go as far to say that he is innocent, it was the coaches, etc., but the only thing that gives me even the slightest pause in this whole ordeal is the fact that one of my family members taught him recently and said they never had even the slightest conduct issue with the kid.

Just because he’s been a good kid before doesn’t mean he’s incapable of doing something wrong and doesn’t mean he’s above punishment.

It would be nice to see him apologize and show remorse and act like he feels bad about what happened instead of only hearing about how a 16 year old who pulled a knife on his coach isn’t being treated fairly.

In other words, his family has that special global handshake.

Take it to the cancel culture board you gigantic fig. No one needs to publicly show remorse to a nobody like you to learn from a situation and better themselves

Is this about "pulling a knife out on somebody" or about "reaching in his pocket and a knife falls out" kinda thing? I'm a lil confused.

So, do we try to onboard both Victorian and Trey Holley at the same time?
Anybody think that this has any sort of, well…ethical implications for LSU?
Or does that matter?

Seems like the “whatever it takes to win” method applies here. Not that I agree with it.
