Finally a correct pocket passer label too.
The services need to simply rank QB's in one group. it's kind of a cop-out if you ask me - they can't really predict how successful a player might be at QB, even though a great athlete, so they create this "dual-threat" title. If they aren't sure if they will pan out at QB, label them an Athlete lie every other position.
