Excited about Clyde Edwards-Helaire

When was the last time we had a back like him? Dude has Darren Sproles written all over him. I can't wait until he touches campus. I envision this guy lining up in the gun with Guice and sometimes in the slot running quick outs giving linebackers fits.
He'll definitely get that 4th star this year, but he'd easily be a 5 star if he was 6ft.

Shyrone Carey, but better

Reminds me of Maurice Jones-Drew

I agree with that whole heartedly. Stocky, quick, strong, tree trunk legs.

Les has been trying to get a smaller RB like him for a while but it never worked out. Jakhari Gore, Jeryl Brazil and Sione Palelei were recent ones

He's like Darren Sproles. We will probably use him the like the Saints did with Sproles.
We still need one or two regular RB's in this class, hopefully Etienne or Akers or both.

Come on man. A Les Miles offense will never mimic anything from the saints offense.

Kid is a straight up beast.

I really like Clyde and cannot understand how he hasn't moved up the ranks yet.

Definitely. I still don't understand the BS low ball rating he has on every site. This guy is a top 5 RB.
It's worse than not having Guice as a composite 5 star.

Recruiting sites hate CHS

I seem to remember that we had a lineman named Trindon Holiday several years ago that was small and quick.... maybe not as stocky though...

The saints "offense" is Drew Brees, as soon we get a QB who can complete passes anywhere on the field , we can run that offense

Yeah I think he projects more as a WDE than a SDE.

He looks great but who is #72? He made some great blocks and looks to have good quick feet.
