I would be really pissed if my coach tried to tell me I couldn't go to LSU. even if Feaster is mad about BH not starting he should keep his mouth shut. he's an idiot to say BH didn't get his fair shot; in fact, LSU went way out of the way to start Harris. a high school coach has no business trying to extort LSU

Tell Feaster to go back and watch the ending of the Wisconsin game and then tell me about how mistreated Harris has been. Remind him that Harris looked that bad in his Junior year. So HOW LONG WAS LSU SUPPOSED TO WAIT FOR THE LIGHT TO COME ON??

Again, what is Harris telling Feaster? Kind of hard to bash knowing only the fluff

Feaster is hardly a great coach. He is very lucky to have secured a job at Parkway which gets a lot of talented athletes and lots of community support.
Actually, Parkway has not been very good until about the last 7 or 8 years. The coach right before Feaster, I don't recall his name, started them on their run of the playoffs. They hadn't seen the playoffs for something like 20 years before that. Feaster came along and built on it. They get a lot of Air Force kids with being so close to Barksdale so they might sometimes have a kid for 2 to 3 yrs and then their family gets transferred to Italy or North Dakota. Baseball has always been a staple at Parkway but never football. Brandon Harris lived in Bossier High's district but was able to go to Parkway because of the Minority to Majority rule. Really, other than him and some recent kids, they did not have a lot of talent in football. It's a fairly new thing for them. I don't know Feaster so can't agree or disagree with anything said regarding him personally.

Dude, you need medication. I'm telling you what I know to be fact. I have a friend who was an Asst at Parkway that year as well as a friend who is friends with the former Principal and numerous friends who are are alumni at Parkway and are still involved as their kids attend there. Bossiertiger24 is telling you this as well. It's the truth. Feaster may be a lot of things but he had nothing to do with that incident.

Wow. Has a minor in math and teaches math in high school? Clearly, he's some sort of savant. I'll bet he's shoe-in for a Field's medal.

Thank you razer, and im not 14. I'd be willing to bet I know more about Parkway football than anyone that's posted mostly nonsense.

Jim Gatlin was the HC prior to Feaster. Nice guy...coached at Cope Middle School for a year or so after he left Parkway while my daughter was there. Left them quickly when he got offered the HC gig at Northwood...he's still there.

I remember him. For some reason I was thinking he went somewhere in Arkansas.
You must live by me, my daughter goes to Cope right now.

Jim Gatlin was the coach at Parkway for about 8 years in the early 2000s. He got a struggling program on the right track to make the playoffs. Chris Hill came in for 1 year and went to 2nd rd of playoffs he then went back home to Arkansas. He is the head coach of Wynne I believe. Feaster took over and they have had much success over the last 5-6 years.

That's it! Yes, Gatlin left just when things were on the upswing and Hill took over and put in a new offense that did amazingly well. He was from Ark and left for there when they brought Feaster in who basically carried over the same offensive philosophy as Hill. Parkway had forever run similar to a Wing T or Veer offense before Gatlin because they rarely had enough size or talent to pull off any type of passing game. They had Colby Copeland before Brandon and he was incredibly talented in football but pursued baseball instead after getting drafted.

Along with Harris the starting qb, the starting running back stacy mccoy i think that was his name, starting recievers, broderick jefferson, artavious lynn, william "boo" mcknight all used the minority majority rule to get the feaster program started. However it is not just the football program openly recruiting the kids to parkway using the m-m rule. Which is a major issue with the players coming out of the program because they have to convince them that their program is better because they have a newer school and the have to coddle them to keep them thus many of them coming out soft and not having a very good work ethic. They are the better athletes and they dont want to upset them because they will just go somewhere else.

Parkway has recruited itself lately. Coaches are not going to junior high games and actively seeking out players. Some parents from that area talk to other parents from other schools. Most of the time they grew up playing sports together or against each other. Who is to blame a kid for putting himself in a better situation for athletics. If you think Feaster and his crew are going around actively recruiting your dead wrong.

From a person that has been recruited with both of my brothers and a cousin who played for LSU who is currently in the nfl. High School coaches have a major influence on their players because most of them are like father figures so to say. With that being said if Feaster doesn't think a certain school would be a good fit for a kid then he owes that to the kid not a certain school. Because his loyalty should lay with his players not anyone else. For the record I don't know Feaster or even live in Bossier City

For Feaster to imply that Harris has been mistreated is totally absurd.
Feaster must be stupid. If not he would have known what his player was getting into. He knew Miles would be the head coach and his MO.

It has nothing to do w Miles
But it can be stated without debate tgat Harris isn't as good as Etling. And Etling is mediocre
