I can't think of anyone in Monroe for 2018.

That's surprising. Usually Neville, WM, occasionally ouachita/wossman will have a highly recruited player every year.

They've talked to Bolden, invited to BFTB. I can't think of anyone they're really going after like Big Phil, Cam, etc.

Those guys were sick defensively last year and they only lose two guys from the 2016 team. Gonna be nasty.

Washington is a ball hawk but I am more impressed with his point of attack on the run plays. Very quick and deliberate angles to the ball and he actually wraps up and drives through the tackle. It is so frustrating to see DBs come up and just try to knock guys down. Really helps to create stripped balls.

He high points the ball better than any WR on our roster. If Dupre had that kind of skill he could have been successful with Harris at QB.

Being a new resident of Shreveport (I moved out here in 2011), I can tell you that I am not surprised. Evangel is one school that can pluck the best player from any middle school in the city of Shreveport (which believe it or not is ripe with talent. Evangel is pretty much a football destination for the best young talent in the area. This is definitely the right school to try to hold relationships with. Pretty much like St. Augustinevin New Orleans. There's talent all over the city, but in the eyes of some, St. Augustine is a destination schoolfor many local kids.

CB's are the smallest guys on the field, they need 2 wrap up the most yet do it the least lol

Just finished watching Washington's sophomore and junior videos... First of all his sophomore video is the best sophomore video I've ever seen. Second, and beyond that, what I just watched (both vids) is the most intense, aggressive, violent football highlights I've ever seen. I mean wow. This dude can bring it and he's so instinctive.

He's not a 3 star, he's not a 4 star, he's a top 10 player in the country 5 star. That's what I just watched.
