Does this mean Arthur is transferring to UT with Bryce?

Arthur seems like a recruit that will forever believe the grass is greener on the other side if things don't work out immediately for him.

I thought for sure he was gonna be the biggest impact freshman LB for the canes. His high school highlights were unbelievable. Sean Spence made a name for himself this past season though.

Part of his highlights looking so amazing stems from the fact that he played high school ball in Kansas, where there is little big-time talent to be had.
It's the same for Bryce. They're both very good prospects and very good athletes but their status was probably inflated a bit by where they played. I think they'll both end up having good careers in college, though I'm not sure if Arthur will ever live up to his hype.
