I kinda agree, he's a great talent, but a 1 and done doesn't do us much good in 2014.
A prospect at his position, with his talent and readiness, could very well be the difference, on any given year in LSU's current state of the program, in either winning it all or falling just short.
If Quille qualifies and hits LSU right out of HS, we're likely sitting on a couple of consecutive NC's right now...non-negotiable NC's, that is.

except he won't be playing our DB's right now, he'll be playing them in 2014, when several of them will have an extra year of college expirience and hopefully some very talented frosh will also be on board.
I'll take Quille...watch him. I'll take Quille and put him up against the nation's best college DB's (ours, Bama's, etc.).

don't care if he's a one and done, if he's able to make the impact everybody says he's capable of, you get him.

I'm proud of y'all. I came here expecting a complete and total meltdown, but I got the opposite. Kudos RB.

Are you forgetting just how small the margin is?
Or do you not understand what type of prospect we're talking about right now?
Which is it, please?

Sonny and Shea calmed a lot of concerns

I kinda agree, he's a great talent, but a 1 and done doesn't do us much good in 2014. Could have used a guy like that in 2012, but between Dural, Peterson, Spears and the guys we are recruiting this year, we'll have a big field stretching WR. If he comes, great, if not, ah, I'd rather have a fresh that will be here a minimum of 3 years anyway.
Which is how I feel after the initial shock wore off. I'm not like other "in the know" guys and when I see somebody be seriously wishy-washy like that I kinda believe that he could be swayed so I look at the fact of getting Blacknall, Dupre, and Uphcurch. Quinn and Noil could go to other places to play spread systems to showcase their versatility (Noil) and consistency (Quinn).
Coming here Quinn isn't going to come close to 80 or 90 catches a year and Noil is not going to be playing wildcat QB, slot receiver, RB, and X or Y receiver. Going to OSU, Clemsom, A&M will guarantee them the chance to do all of that.
Williams is one and done and is an acceptable loss if we can land Dupre AND Blacknall on NSD.

Way too much talent in LA to freak out over one recruit...well, unless it's LF.

In 2014, LF and Quille are #1 and #2 top prospect in the nation.
COME HOME TIGER! WE NEED YOU!

He just got finished ranting and raving over his excitement of being a tiger and clearing to play! This makes no sense Nd definitely throws up character red flags! WTF??

are you kidding?
So that was the problem with the LSU offense the last two years? No elite receiver?
