Had 361 yards and 6 TDs last night against EDW. Anyone know anything about him? Size and speed?

The Central Lafourche team roster on Maxpreps lists him at 5-8, 170. No idea about his 40 time.

Great vision, cutting ability, and waits for his blocks. Could play as a WR if he adds some weight.

He's 5'8 185 ish. To small for big schools to take notice yet, but he still has a little time to possibly grow a bit more. If not a school like Nicholls will be getting a hell of a back.

Final 69yd TD vs EDW

Well Pooka is playing at Kansas so I’m sure this kid has higher hopes.

Yep, his dad was probably the second fastest guy I've seen play for CL. Was WR/KR/PR here.

I don't know if he is or not. He did not play on Saturday due to "non disciplinary" reasons. I checked 247, and his is not listed as enrolled.

Who was the fastest you've seen? I can think of quite a few faster than Deon Sr.

We had a little 5'5 kid in 2004, can't remember his name. He returned 4 kickoffs vs ESJ and we lost 77-35 lol. He's hands down the fastest we've had. He beat Phillip Livas in a 40 yards dash when HTV used to go around and do fastest player & strongest player on the bayou segment, and we all know how fast Livas is. Brandon Smith is up there for fastest too.

Who you got? After seeing so much CL football for the last 25 years everyone starts to blend together in my mind.

Deon sr. was 3rd or 4th fastest on the team his jr year. Was definately the most shifty though.

Kid u talking about played at southeastern I think. Keyland Davis maybe??

I have a bunch of the films from 96 Deon was not the 3rd or 4th fastest that is for sure. Atleast not football speed.

Deon Sr. was at least the second fastest in 1996. Maybe Sulivan Beard was faster. He absolutely was the fastest in 1997, his SR year.

No way dude. You start off with Kenyon and he's easily the better football player, but he was no where near as fast as Deon. Dammit, you gonna make me break out the tapes and make Deon Sr a 25 year old highlight video. lol

This I agree with. Sullivan was maybe just as fast as Deon, but Deon being so short made him look like he was booking it.
