Delpit really stood out, could be another Jamal Adams. That one on one tackle in the flat really stood out.

We really need Jacoby Stevens out there at SS. His closing speed, size, strength, Football IQ should have him starting soon as he is prepped (learn the SS position Aranda's way). He would put fear in any receiver trying to come across the middle, or a RB trying to get to the edge and Stevens darting in like Debo to get many TFL and Sacks of course. Meanwhile, helping in covering some of the bigger WR's and TE's.

I don’t know. We’ve had worse players than Jackson and Toliver decide to go pro.

Give Stevens some big props having that key block on special teams sealing the corner for Chark to take it all the way!

If this entire team would play with more awareness and smarts, we would have a killer team. They are just athletically gifted but I think the young ones are smart as well. Once they get IT, and go through a tough offseason together, they will be very good.
I hope O makes the offseason much more tough then he had this year. A young team needs to work in the offseason. Once the season comes around, then you can pull it back a bit. Make it mandatory to know your game plan in all 3 phases. Don't let them practice light, make every practice a perfect one.
The effort has to be there at all times from everyone. That's how you build something special. I believe we have the players and the staff to get it done, they simply need to make a few adjustments and expect more from every facet of the program. If they want to get better then they need work harder for it and it's really as simple as that. O can't say, we have a system that's proven so we aren't messing with it. You change the things that didn't work for you this year.
The offense will get better. The OL should get better if they work them differently in the offseason. The QBs, RBs, WRs, and TEs should know how the offense goes better after another year in it. We need to get these top LA WRs pretty bad. Get (2) of the best WRs from LA, (2) JUCO OTs, (2) JUCO DEs or (2) top 10 HS DEs, then (2) good corners and we should be fine going forward. LSU should stay in JUCO until all voids are filled and keep going to the well, until the (2) deep is bama like. LSU can do that in 3 to 4 years with the right recruiting classes.
Needs smarts and heart with the athletic ability. More Devin Whites and Greedy Williams all over this team.
