Dalton Hilliard RB Hawaii

You guys will have to pardon a novice like me if this is widely known, but how on Earth is there a rb from Hawaii named Dalton Hilliard who just committed to UCLA. I know Dalton JR plays for Brother Martin and is a fair recruit but who is this other DH?????

Unrelated. His dad is in the military which is why he is "from" Hawaii. He actually attended camp here one, maybe two, times and was hoping for a LSU offer.
The "real" Hilliard to watch out for is super prospect Kenny Hilliard of Paterson.
