Right there with you.... Have always hated Florida with a passion and honestly happy they are making the rivalry relevant again. Just a really easy team to hate and always have been

There is a reason some have such a difficult time getting de-recruited once they actually show up to campus....wherever they end up going. The everyday "showing love" comes to an abrupt end.

I know a lower level college assistant coach who runs 4 social media platforms and talk to their top 15-20 recruits daily and another 30-40 at least weekly. Its pretty exhausting for these guys but part of the job. I seriously doubt a coach at LSU any less than this. Recruits just use the "they didn't recruit me hard" thing now to take blame off themselves and not have the home state fans mad at them.

Im honestly curious as to what "recruit me harder" means? You want them to call everyday? You want the bag man to get involved? You want a car? What does it mean and why do kids use it as an excuse?

You know it's Saban's words when you hear: "business decision", "wasn't recruited hard enough", "I'm going to Bama to represent my city & state", i love LSU/Louisiana & Coach O/Miles etc" if it was a really nasty battle: "I want to win championships"
Things you never hear: credit to primary recruiter, credit to parents, impact of fit within scheme, love of Bama's campus, facilities, education etc.

This is where bloated shadow staffs come in handy.
The official social media account for Coach "X" could be a collaborative effort of the coach and two intern/analysts.
