Could WKU steal 5* center Mitchell Robinson?

The 5* center was considered a heavy LSU lean after he decommitted from A&M. Now Western Kentucky has hired Shammond Williams as an assistant coach.
Think Ben Simmons.
Shammond is Mitchell Robinson's godfather.

I'm not saying it's impossible but atleast Simmons went to a shitty SEC school. He got plenty of exposure at LSU (not all of it was good), but Robinson would get none at WKU.

Western Ky has been finalist in ncaa and nit. They love the game like LSU fans do football. Better crowd and appreciation than lsu. They have a generation of O & g money too.

Just because their fans love basketball doesn't mean he will get national exposure. making the NCAA finals 50 years ago does not mean you have a good program.

No, it's likely not going to be a concern. It wasn't a big deal when Williams was at Tulane for the last three years, I don't understand why it's suddenly a big deal now that he's at WKU. Mitch's mom wants him in state, Mitch will stay in state.

Thank him for what? Nothing's fricking happened other then Western Kentucky hiring a guy who wasn't a big enough deal to make Mitch interested in Tulane. And don't bring up any basketball recruiting "expert" either. Those dudes are some of the biggest marks in the world and know less than nothing.
