MJ's going to be the next dominant fullback...Heard someone saw him buying overalls and he had a pack of beechnut in his front shirt pocket. Said he had always looked up to Tommy Banks.

Are you being seriuos?
No.

In case anyone wants some good laughs, Piggy meltdowns (considering many though he was a lock there)
LINK
FWIW I don't think Arkansas has landed a Louisiana kid with an LSU offer in the last decade.

As long as Miles is coach they have to be way more talented to beat us. If the talent level is even or their just a little more talented my money is on Petrino everytime. Miles staying in LSU is our best case scenario. The more BCS games we go to and the more wins against LSU will help us land more from that state. The culture is changing slowly! After we win the NC in 2011 and 2012 they'll be calling us!!!
good god....

If Coach Miles welcomes you, Mickey, so do I. Be a great Tiger.

Interesting. Goes to show you that most of the rumors we have seen repeated for months are pretty much bullshite.

Awesome news. Of course there will be a few idiots here who don't like the kid because he didn't suck LSU off for the past year..give it a damn rest. Who the frick are you, to tell Mickey how he should go about the biggest decision of his life?

Wow. Didn't expect this, but I like it. Welcome Mr. Johnson.
This kid is the strongest guy in the nation at the DT spot. He'll learn proper technique to go with his already superior strength. Great pick up.

Mickey Johnson, if you are reading this crap from your LSU 'fans', you are still welcome to sign with the Hogs. We would welcome you!

Don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but this is what Bruce Feldman had to say about us getting Johnson on his ESPN.com blog:
• LSU's impressive recruiting class got even stronger when Mickey Johnson, the nation's No. 11 DT prospect committed to the Tigers over Arkansas and Tennessee. "The ESPNU 150 defender lacks ideal height, but with good bulk he is built like a little tank and he plays like that tank has a high octane motor in it," ESPN's Craig Haubert said. "He displays good quickness off the ball and displays that he can use his stature to his advantage by getting under blockers' pads and winning the leverage battle. He is active and closes well on the ball. He can be tough versus the run and pass as a defender and can be a handful if he keeps that motor revving on every snap."
