If Labruzza and the Oklahoma linebacker were really entertaining a switch ,then why haven't they de-committed from their respective schools ? Allen too...Recruiting has become a BS game

Sometimes they remain committed up until a NSD flip. I remember losing a LB to UTex last year that same way. I think maybe some kids avoid the decommitment up until NSD because they may not want to disappoint their main recruiters from the school they committed to, until they absolutely have to.
That being said, other kids enjoy trolling and are loving playing the game. It's a matter of integrity and character, and it's the new norm in a generation raised and fed by pop culture, MTV and social media.

Yeah, I'm never too quick to judge kids who flip late. There's something to be said about not committing until your ready, but the coaches put a lot of pressure on the kids. Must be pretty hard to say no to these guys.

Oklahoma linebacker - Phillips
Phillips has already taken all of his official visits (see 25 sec mark in linked video). He would have to visit on his own. Also at the end it doesn't seem like he'll change his mind

Has he hinted that he might? Why get caught up in hoping a guy flips when he hasn't suggested that he might.
Focus on the athletes who have suggested they might commit. Gay for example.
