Someone being a recruiting "journalist" is comparable those mutual fund managers who were studied a few years back that ended up not being able to outpredict/outperform an orangutan in investing. Jimmy is selling bullshite, and anyone who's followed recruiting year in and year out and seen how overwhelmingly wrong the "insiders" almost always are knows it. The fact that he acts like the random useless tidbits that he collects throughout the year are useful in predicting anything is a joke and it's why the dude annoys the frick out of me then he comes on here beating his chest like he's the recruiting God because he had a 15 minute talk with a high school kid who was probably thinking about going home and playing NBA 2K16 or texting his girlfriend throughout the entire interview.

NO ONE knows what these kids are doing except the kids themselves, and even then most of them don't know what they want to do. And even if they do know what they want to do, a lot of them end up changing their minds and flipping. Predicting high school kids' future decisions is probably the most impossible task on the face of the earth. Seeing who's on LSU's radar and vice versa throughout the season is always fun, informative, and interesting, but anyone who acts like they have any clue of how this class is going to pan out on signing day is completely, 100% lying to get clicks and make their worthless recruiting website money.
