Can't build a championship team here

without getting our positions of need filled. We get plenty of skill position with the exception of QB, we need LB, DL, and OL players and also need to start keeping our Louisiana players that are in these positions to stay home rather than going to Bama.

I get what everybody is saying about everything...we need lbers,we need ol and DL ,but we gota stop being so negative about LSU football. Its bad enough the season went the way it did...if we are LSU fans let's stay as postive as possible,because no matter what things will work out.

We have two of the top QBs currently committed. We have never had an issue recruiting highly rated QBs. Development and scheme have always been the issue

So, basically, we have good DBs, RBs, and WRs.
That's about it.
All we need to be championship level is better OLine, DLine, QBs, and LBs.
Just that.

These kids are looking at the program as a whole. If they see LSU with Kiffin at OC we will see a huge moment of defensive and offensive recruits coming to LSU. Having an explosive offense can help with all recruts.

D-line is coming. We need LB'S and OL. Then it's on. I also have not noticed Aranda doing a lot of recruiting. Let's not forget everyone on his defense right now was recruited by other coaches. He came into a good situation. Let's see how good he is with a his defense.

this was my bitch with Les Miles. it seemed like he went for the star rating of the class on an overall basis instead of concentrating on positions of need. he let haley and chavis fail on recruiting the front 7 and let Stud fail at OL recruiting (that and his passions for road grader guards only at OL).
