He lived in Louisiana last year and went to Wossman HS in Monroe, but supposedly moved to Dallas this year... and goes to Prime Prep Academy in the Dallas area, but he is actually listed on the Under Armour All-American roster!! He will be #14 on the black team for the all star game! It's interesting because this kid has no big time offers... LINK
Highlights... LINK
LSU hasn't even recruited this kid at all from what I understand...but he is obviously pretty dang good to be going to the Under Armour All American Game! He looks a bit raw, but with a some development he could be an absolute savage of a WR...or maybe even a DE! Thoughts?! LINK

They don't just invite 4* and 5* players in the Undet Armour and Army All American games. There is always a good bit of 3* players and sometimes lower than that. Not really sure what the criteria is for players to be invited to those 2 All American games, and they are the 2 biggest by far. But they always have a few smaller name recruits.

But congrats to Brandon Martin.

Uhh... Excuse me but this kid ain't no 3* and that's fo sho! When I saw BM first play I said "D#%n where are the offers at!" I don't know if BM has an attitude issue or just academics but I know this dude tape is comparable to some of the top receivers in the country. BM is every bit deserving of being in this game. Idk how he's slipping through the cracks. Smh

If he has zero offers it's likely academics...considering he went over to Prime Prep too.

Sometimes you need to look at the Defense the player is playing against. It looks like in most of those videos he is playing against JV squad.

I only watched part of the Senior highlights

backup plan maybe

Right. When Jordan Mickey was able to squeek in here, it was because he technically qualified before he ever stepped foot on Prime's campus. The NCAA literally has not accepted one credit from that school.

This kid will end up in JUCO.

I agree he did look slow, and the competition looked kinda weak to even attempt to tackle him

only big time offer is Louisville. big schools mostly seem to be staying away. I bet he ends up at a JuCo.

So people comparing him to a Jazz type is dead on, but Martin looks a little more fluid. I think Jazz has deceptive speed with his long stride, but his film just looks like a bully playing against 9 year olds as well.
