No. He signed with UCF and is the antithesis of everything CJJ wants to do.

I love that he as a ton of range, can score for just about anywhere. He took it to that tall young man on the other team.

He scored in that game the same number our entire team scored last night. Hell if wevwould have had him last night the rest of the team could taken it easy on the bench. But we would have still lost 66-65.

And most people here think Hornsby starts over Blakeney. His game is much more advanced than Hornsby.

This cat is so freaking smooth...

Getting him AND Simmons in the same class is just absurd. I don't think people understand how unbelievable these two are and then to get them together? Son...

No question. They would have been the two best players on this years team. Absurd talents.

Wow, that is impressive
Not too much passing on that vid, I guess that is what Simmons the superior player, but those two together will be sick, thrown in some Hornsby and we will have a crazy backcourt next year.

If we get Malik, there's a decent chance 2 of our starters this year will be coming off the bench. Would be sick to bring in Hornsby, Patterson and a likely very improved Gray off the bench.

It's gonna happen. I love Keith, dude is an absolute beast and a baller, but Tone is just better. He's longer, more athletic, a better shooter, faster, and just a more complete offensive weapon. I also don't think Keith would care if he came off the bench. He just wants to play ball and win. He's the perfect role player. He'll bring experience, talent, and leadership off the bench. Not many teams have that.

I doubt he is gonna take the starting position from a veteran like Hornsby who is praised so much for his work ethic. Now, they may split minutes.

Why doesn't anyone on this board use Tones work ethic to describe him?

Blakeney may start by the end of the year, but his biggest weakness is lack of strength. He will need to put on some weight to avoid get bossed around a bit. Still think we'll play with 3 guards, so it won't matter.

Probably because they haven't seen the BeGreat videos. That should be required viewing for any and all LSU basketball fans. Antonio is easily the hardest worker in the entire class of 2015.

Sure, LSU needs both, but I'm not talking out my arse when I say Blakeney has almost the exact (offensive) game, body frame, and HS acclaim that Bradley Beal had for Florida.

You know Beal, the freshman All-SEC one-&-done SG who was the 3rd overall selection in the 2012 NBA draft?

Now tell me if you would start Hornsby over Beal?

More specifically, wouldn't you agree it makes more sense to have Beal starting when SEC play begins and have Hornsby as a role player coming off the bench for his "meaningful minutes"?
