Hw many times has LSU rescinded them because a player didn't wrk out? How many times would it take before a team is filled with no players?

I can't see the logic in this over waiting until next year and using it to get a better player.

Dude, it happens every year. It's called transfers. You think guys always transfer because they want to? The coaches are not going to publicly come out and tell everyone they are terminating the scholarship.

I do understand your point, I just disagree in this situation. JMO

If Alabama, Auburn, Georgia or say a Florida aren't beating down his door wanting him then that says all I need to know.

It happens every year, with every school. Not all of these kids develop through their senior season like predicted.

So you waste 4 year scholarships on kids who will never play?

You're special aren't you?

Didn't know you were a coach for LSU. Glad to know he would never play. How many 5 star players never live up to potential? How many 3 stars exceed expectations? I would say quite a few on both sides so don't look at just the number of stars a kid has.

5 stars become elite college players at a much higher rate than 3 star players. Sure, some 3 stars become elite, but most never come close. That's why they're 3 stars.

He's a take based on his name alone. How someone named Akileis Leroy not be a player.

I like the name, but why did they have to spell it wrong?

FWIW, I think Achilles is just the anglicized spelling. I've seen Akhilleus which is probably truer to the Greek.

May want to check up on NCAA rules on scholarships. Only entity committed to 4 years is the kid. Schollies are a one year renewable contract for the school

Not true. Some schools offer 4 year guaranteed scholarships
