Gotta agree. Kid is a stud in one of highest rated schools in Texas. Wanted to come to Lsu. He fits our offense perfectly. A mistake not to take him. A Taylor in 2013 is worth a possible four nettle in the bush in 2024. Who knows what happens thnn

Eddie lacey didnt get an offer because hes a fricking clown, on his visits to lsu he acted an arse every time...showing disrespect to the coaches, his female host and everyone around him. The other recruits hated him along with the current players at that time. And i do know this to be fact.

I am a huge Adam Taylor fan and really wish we would have found a way for him to be a Tiger but don't get too caught up in his performance. Katy has a great team. That offensive line he is running behind is probably one of the best in Texas High School. Did you ever see a penalty on them all day? No holdings, no procedures.

Gotta respect and trust the staff but I also believe some fans are very capable of evaluating HS players. He may not be getting a schollie from LSU but IMO it is not due to a lack of talent/potention or physical limitations.

saw him play in person last week in the regional finals. ran 2 50+ yard tds in first half and ended up with app. 150 yds in first half and didn't play in 2nd half. real good player on really, really good team. not in the hill category but would be a rotational back for us.

I understand Les and the gang had needs elsewhere on the team and with the possibility of a big time running back coming to LSU next year it made Adam Taylor less desirable but dammit I have a feeling we are gonna wish we had offered him.

2 touchdowns already in the finals. 14-3 Katy in the 2nd quarter. 41 TDs for Taylor on the year in 5A in Texas. Kid is the real deal. Dumbfounded by the decision to pass on him.

Don't get me wrong, the kid is a stud. Wish he was coming to LSU. But, Katy is a machine this year.

Pelelei and Fournette, if they both come to LSU, would be an incredible 1-2 punch. But IMHO we still need Taylor we need an experienced back while Fournette and Pelelei learn the system
