Will Wade needs to get on this, I know he's still trying to fill our coaching staff, and Michael Porter Sr. would make a fine candidate.

You would think with the Farq there, we would at least have a chance....

We did this with Ben Simmons. It didn't work. If he wants to come here, fine, but we shouldn't be hiring his dad to get him.

It's actually gratifying that people from Maryland are now concerned with LSU basketball. Wade was correct the sleeping giant has awaken and the fact that people from all over are now concerned with LSU basketball is proving that very point. HTTDB

It didn't work? If Simmons was a '16 recruit we would have probably won an extra 8-9 games this year.

It didn't work because of the ineptness of ole Johnny.

It didn't work.

Patrick got us Simmons only. I guess he got us Darcy. And Heyward. But you don't use an assistant spot to get one recruit. Takes 7-8 players to have legit depth.

Really? Kansas was by far the most impressive team that played yesterday. The blew Purdue out by 32 points.
