On 247 we were #3 ahead of Ohio State. Im not sure if we were behind them or not prior to his commitment

Why do people care about the rankings other than an overall gauge of how good are bad a class is? It doesn't really matter.

This class is badass. No need to worry about rankings.

In my opinion.....1-5 elite class. Best players in country. 6-20 great class. Probably has elite players mix with some top 50 players at position.

20-30 should be competitive and with coaching could have a great next few years.

Too many times Boise and TCU and Oregon's of the world have had top 25 classes but finshed top 10 in country. Class a king doesn't always translate but it gives you a great idea of caliber of players and general idea of how good team has potential to be.

It certainly can matter if the number one class is so far and away better then every other class.

Damn who cares... Our 2016 recruiting class was awesome. No reason to worry what it is ranked.

Too bad people don't care about grammar as much as rankings.

The make up of a class is more important to your team than stars. A balance class, and more importantly one that meets a need, like LBs for us, is what we should focus on. A roster with balance and depth will have fewer weaknesses and better endurance in games. Games are played on the field, not on a ranking position.

there is a correlation

Landon frigging Collins made ALL the plays vs LSU.
That one guy changed LSU's destiny.

Landon was the #1 safety in the USA coming out. That was a correct judgement.
