He's been high on LSU for awhile. Really really likes Chavis.

Pretty promising that we are in the his top-3 and leading.

Havelock, NC I wonder if his father or mother is in the Marine Corps and is from Louisiana. A lot of Marines get out and stay in the area. I ended up in Raleigh

I would believe that to be an attempt at humor, although it was not very successful.
2016 is shaping up to be an epic class, but if 2014 taught us anything, it's just way too early to have any idea how things will end up.

Exactly
But it's nice to already be his leader. At this time a year ago, we were just finding out about Clifton Garrett..

Haven't seen him play, but Havelock has a pretty strong football program. Should be a good one.

Absolutely, better to be his leader than not. I remember the first time I responded to a Clifton Garrett thread on here over a year ago, Ohio State was the heavy favorite at the time. But then again, it was also about the time that Kain Daub had committed and people were pumped about that.

Kain Daub was like the #10 player in the country when he committed
I think he fell out of the top 75

He's probably like a lot of us- still reeling about last year's non-class, and all the comments & tweets that were all a bunch of b.s.

Yip, he was #6 or #7 on 247 and ended up at 144.
In relation to Joyner, I feel a lot more confident at this stage with someone who has an established connection with LSU and roots in the area in comparison to a guy who committed when he just happened to drive through Baton Rouge.
