I think Epps I is going to get a lot of playing time he's way too good on defense.so I don't really see him transferring

hose 2 juco guys should be legit. I'm pretty sure we passed up on the 2 NOLA guys, who are top 100 recruits, to get them.

More like fallback options because they chose Umass

Absolutely not, he might play as much as Blakeney. To answer your question about the other Ausie I'm honestly not sure. He set up a January visit so maybe they let him come down and tell him to wait and see what happens with Blakeney (if he stays or goes pro). Me personally I would rather not take him, if we lose Blakeney we can keep that spot open incase a transfer is interested this summer.

I said "pretty sure" because I'm not 100% sure of the situation, but them eliminating us before decision day made me think we weren't pursuing them hard. I mean if they were considering Kentucky and duke it would be different but Umass and Miami? Come on, maybe we wanted one but not the other or something. I just can't see these 2 not even putting us in consideration in their final decision without there being something more to it.

Umass was first to offer the NOLA boys and that was a big factor. Really discouraging when you look at the 247 list and see all of the top players in the state going elsewhere.

No I don't he's a great scorer but he isn't a 1 and done player. Blakeney isn't either IMO only because he would get thrown around by NBA 2 guards at his current weight and height.

Mays is overrated. I will be very surprised if he finishes at LSU.

How? He's a 6'4 pass first guard with athleticism. I assume you watched him play once and came away unimpressed.

He's not going to put up big scoring numbers but he will make an impact. He was offered as a sophemore so I highly doubt he is overrated.

He might start at point next year. He will be the only true point guard on the team unless TQ returns. Before anyone says Patterson he is not a true point guard and if you watched last game you could tell.

If you've watched him play that much I'm sure you have seen wayde sims right? What's your take on him? I keep hearing he will play some 3 but it seems like he is a stretch 4 rather than a wing. I really hope he is better than bridge

Does Findlay Prep choose who goes there? Just asking because I've never seen Mays play in person, but it's hard to imagine they'd take an overrated Guard. Maybe a big if he's 7ft. Their last point guard signed with Duke.

They have a total of 12 kids enrolled so I would imagine they scout their players before giving them a scholarship. There's a lot of big basketball schools but montverde and Findlay prep are probably the 2 biggest power houses in high school. Montverde was the best the past few years but you know why.

If TQ, Blankley and Sampson were to all go pro, and it was a good decision by all; we would have a national championship.

quarterman is gone and rightfully so. If Temple can be john wall's back up; quarterman's got a great career ahead as well.

i'll puke if antonio and sampson both go despite being possible- late first rounders, like martin and mickey

Look at all these one and done first round picks in this past class. They are going from the heart and soul of their team to playing 5 mins a game. It works out for some but doesn't for most. We should have a top 5 team this year with a starting lineup of
TQ
Hornsby
Simmons
Martin
Mickey

Wayde Sims is a phenomal athlete pregame warmups are crazy... Everybody worries about his transition to the 3 but he always seemed to me like a 3 just playing big... Hes got serious handles and will pull up on you with range if he doesnt decide to go to the basket and dunk it on you... He and mays are both are seriously underated and are extremely fun to watch... Neither are five stars but these guys are extremely talented we are in for a treat the next few years
