EOT?
Since there are only 21 commitment so far, that probably means there are 36 guys who are either committed or holding offers from LSU on the watchlist. In other words, 11 commitments and 25 guys with offers and potentially serious interest.

"On June 20, 2007, Yahoo! agreed to acquire Rivals.com.[1] Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but several sources reported Yahoo! paid around $100 million.[2]" Wikipedia

EOT had a story about there being 36 LSU recruits on the watch list.
I believe they have trimmed it a few times.

Well when I went to espn.com clicked on the TV link at the top and typed in my area code and provider information it has ESPNU as channel 609. I did not check at home to see what channel it was. So you are probably right

There's all sorts of fricked up shite going on in these rankings. Tony Jefferson at #9 and Cobbs at 17 are laughable

I wonder if they are intentionally going in different ways from the two main services to create buzz for themselves? I wouldn't put it past ESPN.

Aren't they the ones that gave the recruiting championship to Ohio State last year?
They are way off on some of these. For example:
Justin McCay OLB Shawnee Mission Ks
Scout - #3 overall
Rivals - #34 overall
ESPNU - #143 overall
