Well, that article is incorrect. What's odd is that it's a 247 article and 247 has him ranked #4CB. Anthony Cook is the #2 CB and there's a much better chance that we get him than this guy. And btw, K Joseph impresses me more than this guy as well and he has given a verbal already.

That's 247 Composite. The 247 rankings have Isaac T-S #2 (as stated CORRECTLY in the article), and Cook #4.
There is a difference between 247 and 247 Composite rankings.

That's not the reference point of the article.
But if you were asking seriously, then it would seem that 247 Composite is more reliable, since it would help to somewhat balance the bias of any one given independent ranking system. Unless there was some undisputed evidence that the quality of one ranking system was truly superior than any of the others.
