I read an article on recruiting recently, really wish I could find it.
Basically it was talking about how little difference there is between a 4 and a 5 star and a 3 and a 4 star. Basically used Mich St as an example, because they dont have that many high rated recruits. Good scouting and getting guys for your system and not just because they are talented are key.
Makes me feel a little better about GW and SN.
SN obviously fits better in A&M's offense, not that he couldn't produce here though before I get flamed.
GW would have been a stud but he is a guy that is a bit of a tweener on the line. Florida typically does well with those guys while we have prototypical ends and tackles for the most part.
They both would have been huge pickups, but there are guys (Valentine, Carter, Iheanacho, Malachi) that probably fit what we do better.
