My son plays COD with his buddies online. It Is more a bs locker room type session where they put on headsets and bust on each other than hardcore gaming.

My 12yr old daughter is on the iPad and watching teen Nick like she gets paid for it

But they are happy so why mess with a good thing?

O no, when I was in high school I played the hell out of Madden and Grand Theft Auto. I've been too busy for video games since I was 18, just playing today because there was nothing else to do.

I suck at COD. I want my war video games to be running around and shooting each other, not people sitting on top of a building, shooting someone in the head.

My crape myrtles are a little thinned out but that's about it for me.

Lost power for an hour and a half around 5 yesterday.

We are/were very lucky.

I've been in Houston for training since SUnday. How is it looking back there? A lot of power outages.

I'd fricking hate to be driving home to no power!

Nevermind. I just checked the Entergy outage map and it looks like I missed having my power go out by a little less than a mile.

Lafayette looks great.. I'm at my office working and it never lost power.

I think the power outages were a bit scattered around town but, as far as I know, all power is restored in town.

LCA: I'll have my yard guy clean it up next week when it's dry.

Slemco power in Broussard blinked two times. Which is about average anytime we have any kind of storm or loud fart.

Indeed....I got some twigs in my yard in Rayne and that is about it. I haven't seen any trees down or anything like that, which doesn't surprise me cause my dog produces wind gusts farting stronger than I got before 1AM this morning (when I went to bed).
