Driving in east ponchatoula near the Tangipahoa river, and just saw 2 dogs that look to be stranded. Water is high so I can't imagine people being home. They are sitting on a deck out of water, but not sure if they have food or clean water to drink. Is there a line to call? I can't imagine the animal shelter being able to get to them.

Watch it, you swim over there and the dogs might attack you protecting their home...

They're surrounded by water. I wouldn't worry much about them going thirsty.
