What kind of grass is this?

This grass was installed as sod one year ago. The grass is supposed to be Palisades Zoysia (that's what we told the landscape company to install, and that is what they told us they installed), but there are a couple of reasons that I am thinking it could be something else.

Looks like zoysia. Could not say which variety but it looks like the same that I have in my yard, which is a mix of palisades and meyer

I hope it is Zoysia, but a couple of things have made me think it might be St. Augustine.

Looks like Palisades Zoysia to me.

You got some ragged brown tips in a few of the pics

It’s Zoysia. Pull some up, St.Aug has long runners, Zonysia does not. also, those soft seed heads are evidence of Zoysia. St. Aug has hard seed heads and are only produced under stress.

It’s Palisades. Got some in my yard that looks just like yours.
