Right next to each other in garden. Why would this be? Same watering, soil, and sun exposure

Exact same issue. Yellow roses seem to bloom later.

Don't worry.

If my roses aren’t wanting to flower I just hit em with some triple 13 and they seem to respond very quickly with a flush of new growth and blooms. The yellow rose in my yard is my favorite.

Mine must be waiting on more sun/better angle. I see buds and a couple of blooms.
The plant itself looks better than ever. Huge, beautiful leaves.

I’ve been using Miracle Gro plant food and did one app of rose fertilizer.

When you trimmed them back, did you do them at the same time?
