I have what looks to be some Frankenstein version of a lawn with St. Aug in some areas and what I think is zoysia in others. Some days I think the zoysia may be Bermuda but I don’t know WTF I’m looking at.

It definitely needs some weed control and some fertilizing. Where do I start?

I’m guessing St Aug, Centipede, Bermuda.

But pulling up stolons (runners) of each would be best.

Do you care what kind of grass is there as long as it’s grass and not weeds?

Now would be a good time to kill those weeds. Assuming it’s a lot of broadleafs, Celsius/Weed Free Zone/MSM would be good choices to blanket spray. Once you see a decent amount of control, throw down something high in Nitrogen (or just a heavy Milorganite app) to push growth on the grass that is left.

Generally, the idea is kill the weeds, a lot of N to push growth, and just mow regularly, and time will do the trick.

I'm fine with the almost perfect line of different grasses. I just need to treat this shite for weeds now. I have a good bit of that burweed shite and some kind of weed that blooms tiny purple flowers.

That's certainly a slug fest.
If you're cool with having them all, mow at a moderate height of 2.5 to 3.5" That way your St Aug will stay healthy. The bermuda won't be healthy at those levels but it will prevent it from taking over.
