Don’t know about price scaling but sounds pretty good to me. I have about a 275-300 sqft band to pour with no demo whatsoever and the cheapest of 4 quotes I got was $3,100.

Very cheap.
Concrete and material for new is $3000 minimum at 4” thick.

That’s a damn solid price.

I paid $12,200 for demo of about 500 sq. ft. of existing concrete, then hauling a couple loads of base, tying 2’ x 2’ rebar grid, then forming, pouring, and finishing about 1,450 sq. ft. of concrete back in March of last year.

Good lord. I had a quote for about $20 per sq ft for my job I reference above. Didn’t even bother calling that dude back to laugh at him.

I paid 7$/sq ft in September for form and finish, 4” thick, sod cutter and Georgia buggy rental. Price sounds too good to be true honestly since all that demo and haul is included.

Solid research lol
Call and get a per yard price on concrete. Figure about 80sqft. Per yard. From there you can figure if its fair or not.

Early 2021 I had a 35’ x 20’ parking area poured next to the driveway and it was $3,800 and that was the lowest of two bids.

Sidenote. When the concrete trucks came, Hector would test the fiber content before he would allow the truck to dump. One of the truck drivers didn't have any (or enough) fiber in one of the loads so Hector got the fiber from the front of the concrete truck and climbed up and put in the hopper himself.

I would have never known the difference. Hector is a good christian Honduran man. Seriously, he plays spanish sermons and music on youtube while he works and watches them during breaks.

Very good deal.

Id guess around $2.50 a sqft for demo, ($2,250)

You are looking at around 18-20 yards of concrete somewhere around 150 a yard, Plus other material puts you around $3,000.

Id assume 3-4 days of work, 3 amigos (250-300 a day) adds $2,500-$3,000 in labor.

Once you add up his cut on top seems like you are getting a very good deal as long as concrete guys do reputable work.
